Role Summary
The CEO will provide strategic, operational, academic, and financial leadership for the organization. The role involves overseeing multiple branches and franchise centers across Kerala, ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, brand consistency, and sustainable growth. The CEO is accountable to the Board for overall performance, profitability, and institutional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Leadership
Define and execute the organization's vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy
Drive expansion through company-owned centers and franchise models
Prepare and implement annual business plans, budgets, and growth forecasts
Identify opportunities in technical education, creative programs, franchise development, and government skill initiatives
Academic Governance & Quality
Provide oversight of curriculum development, certifications, and academic frameworks
Ensure alignment with industry requirements and emerging skill trends
Monitor academic performance, student outcomes, and placement metrics
Operations & Franchise Management
Oversee operations of all branches and franchise centers
Establish SOPs and ensure consistent brand and service standards
Monitor KPIs including admissions, revenue, efficiency, and student satisfaction
Manage franchise onboarding, compliance, renewals, and dispute resolution
Financial & Compliance Oversight
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and profitability
Monitor revenue streams including tuition and franchise fees
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, labour, and education regulations
Review audits, MIS reports, and statutory filings
Sales, Marketing & Brand Development
Lead sales, admissions, and marketing strategies
Strengthen brand presence in technical and creative education sectors
Build partnerships with corporates, institutions, and government bodies
Leadership & HR Management
Recruit, develop, and lead the senior management team
Set organizational culture, values, and performance standards
Oversee talent development, succession planning, and escalated HR matters
Technology & Digital Transformation
Oversee ERP, LMS, CRM, and MIS implementation
Promote digital learning, admissions, and student engagement platforms
External Representation
Act as the official spokesperson of the organization
Represent the institution with government bodies, industry associations, and accreditation agencies

Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, Technology, or related field
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in education, skill development, or franchise-based organizations
Proven experience managing multi-location operations in India
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
