senior hospitality leader
to join usnot as a consultant
, but as aCEO / Strategic Business Partner
, who willbuild, scale, and lead the business from scratch
.This role is for someone with
deep-rooted hospitality expertise
and a proven ability tocreate and grow profitable businesses
.Role Overview
Lead the hospitality business
from concept to scale
Act as a
strategic business partner
, not an external advisor Driveoperations, business development, and revenue growth
OwnP&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation
Build and mentor leadership teams across operations Establish systems, SOPs, and governance Represent the brand with owners, partners, and key stakeholdersWho We Are Looking For
Strong hospitality background
(Hotels / Resorts / F&B / Managed Properties) Experience inbuilding businesses from scratch
Proven capability ingetting business, driving occupancy & revenue
Solid understanding ofoperations, commercial strategy, and P&L
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership maturity Ability to move seamlessly betweenstrategy and execution
