Operational Excellence
Oversee production, process efficiency, quality assurance, and cost optimization.
Ensure best utilization of plant capacity and resources.
Introduce lean manufacturing, automation, and waste reduction initiatives.
Business & Financial Management
Manage P&L for the division ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.
Optimize cost structures and drive value addition in products.
Marketing & Sales
Lead marketing and sales strategies to strengthen domestic and export markets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships.
Explore new segments and value-added foundry products.
People Leadership
Build a high-performing leadership team and foster a performance-driven culture.
Drive employee engagement, training, and succession planning.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and innovative workplace.
Compliance & Sustainability
Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
Promote sustainability initiatives aligned with JNIL//'s ESG commitments.
