Job Description

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Mumbai,Delhi India, Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a comprehensive and forward-thinking strategic plan in alignment with Our Client \' growth objectives and sustainability initiatives. Operational Overhaul: Lead a complete overhaul of the manufacturing plant, upgrading equipment, and implementing modern production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Systems Implementation: Introduce robust procedures and systems for day-to-day operations, streamlining supply chain management, and procurement activities. Organizational Restructuring: Optimize organizational structure by reducing management layers and manpower, creating a lean and efficient workforce. Union Relations: Successfully negotiate and settle wage agreements with unions to ensure a harmonious working environment. Financial Controls: Implement financial controls and reporting systems to identify and address areas of improvement, ensuring optimal financial performance. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate continuous customer interactions, fostering relationships, improving product quality, and building a loyal customer base. Capacity Expansion: Oversee the ongoing plant expansion project to increase capacity, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Government and Industry Relations: Develop and maintain positive relations with government authorities, leveraging incentives, and actively participating in discussions to improve industry policies. Networking and Brand Building: Continuously engage with small and large corporate customers, building a strong network and enhancing the company\'s brand image. Financial Performance: Drive the financial performance of the company, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Qualifications and Experience: Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO or in a senior management role within the manufacturing sector. Extensive experience in turning around and transforming manufacturing companies, preferably in the synthetic fibers industry. Strong strategic planning and implementation skills. In-depth knowledge of operational excellence, quality improvement, and supply chain management. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relations with unions, government bodies, and industry stakeholders. Track record of successful capacity expansion projects and plant modernization. Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and experience in implementing sustainable practices.
