- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company, by the Directors
- Get completely involved in the strategic direction of the organization
- Implement changes and proposed plans. Ensure the long-term plans are being followed through.
- Set up a team with required skills.
- Execute and Run the Project. Prepare Annual Budgets and Deliver on the same.
- Closely monitor company\'s performance. Get a quick sense of how each area in the company is performing and what strategic maneuvers should be taken.
- Manage company\'s Organizational structure & strategy
- To lead the entire business operations by utilizing the resources.
- To lead functional units like Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Purchase & Procurement, Legal and CSR
- Motivate, lead & mentor the work force to achieve their individual targets with high performance.
- Ensure to meet the company\'s targets for profitability.
- Follow standard operating procedure laid down by the company.
- Set goals and update the status by generating necessary reports monthly as per the expectation of the Directors.
