- The CEO will have the overall responsibility for the P&L and the growth of the business in India. Optimizing products portfolio suitable for India, building distribution network, increasing offline presence in metros and increasing the brand market share. Also we are looking to bring other brands to India
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the business activities in India. Starting from supply chain and inventory management, importing the goods, sales and marketing including digital marketing and CRM.
- Online sales through brand website and e-commerce platforms. Offline sales such as LFRs, resellers and franchisees.
- After sales service and support. Recruiting and HR, finance and P&L.
Some specific responsibilities include:
- Oversee P&L and cash flow
- Creating and keeping annual sales forecast
- Building an annual marketing plan for both online and offline channels
- Building and maintaining annual budget
- Strengthening the marketing/ sales team
- Building a network of channel partners negotiating with distributors/ resellers/ franchisees
- Strengthening the relationships with LFRs
- Managing inventory and purchase orders
- Monitoring after sales service
