Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for overall business development, sales, and marketing operations.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into new hospitals, regions, and healthcare segments.
Build and lead the business development team for effective client acquisition and relationship management.
Develop and manage marketing strategies across digital, print, and healthcare platforms to increase brand visibility.
Build partnerships with hospitals, government bodies, and healthcare associations to promote CIPACA's services.
Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of new projects, and lead them from concept to implementation.
Represent the company at high-level meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience (8+ years) in leadership roles in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital administration, or healthcare startups.
Strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic project execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
A visionary mindset with a track record of delivering business growth.
MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or equivalent preferred.
