Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with company goals. Identify new market opportunities in electrical contracting, industrial electrification, and power infrastructure. Drive business expansion, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

2. Operational & Project Oversight

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and project timelines. Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and project cost control.

3. Financial Management

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and profit/loss management. Ensure strong cash flow, cost efficiency, and project profitability. Review financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

4. Team Leadership & Development

Build a high-performing leadership team across operations, projects, engineering, HR, and finance. Establish a strong company culture emphasizing safety, quality, and accountability. Mentor and motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.

5. Client & Stakeholder Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities. Represent the company in negotiations, bids, tenders, and major contracts. Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to electrical codes, industry standards (IEC, NEC, IS), and statutory regulations. Implement strong risk management practices, safety protocols, and quality control systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)/MBA. 10-20+ years of experience in electrical construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in senior leadership roles (GM / COO / Director / VP / CEO). Strong understanding of electrical systems, LV/MV/HV installations, substations, commercial & industrial wiring, and power distribution. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
