Industry: Process Equipment Manufacturing (Clarifier, Agitator, Sluice Gates, Mechanical & Manual Screens)

Job Purpose

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership to the company. The CEO will ensure business growth, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The CEO will lead the management team in driving innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in process equipment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

Provide strategic leadership and vision for all aspects of company operations including production, quality, finance, marketing, and human resources.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Ensure adherence to quality standards (ASME, ISO, IBR, etc.) and promote continuous improvement across all departments.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, government authorities, and key stakeholders.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure financial stability and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.

Lead organizational change initiatives and digital transformation to improve productivity and cost control.

Create and maintain a culture of safety, integrity, innovation, and accountability.

Regularly report business performance to the Board of Directors and recommend policy and strategic initiatives.

Leadership and People Management

Build and mentor a strong leadership team to achieve operational excellence.

Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development across all levels.

Establish clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and implement performance improvement measures.

Encourage innovation and collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical / production engineering or business administration. 20+ years of experience in heavy engineering or process equipment manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale operations, financial performance, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of fabrication, design, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
