Job Description

The CEO will lead the organization through its next phase of growth, targeting turnover expansion upto 70 % by FY28. The role demands a visionary leader with deep automotive industry expertise, proven ability to scale manufacturing businesses, and strong experience in managing global client relationships and operations.





Key Responsibilities:




Drive strategic growth initiatives, including new markets, product lines, partnerships, and M&A. Oversee efficient manufacturing operations across multiple plants, ensuring quality, scalability, and cost efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and ESG best practices. Manage P&L, capital allocation, compliance, and corporate governance. Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across functions. Strengthen OEM and Tier-1 relationships, represent the company at industry forums, and stay ahead of global market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:




Proven track record as CEO/MD/COO in a mid-to-large scale manufacturing company (preferably auto components). 20+ years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years in strategic growth roles. Strong knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, global supply chains, and manufacturing technologies.

Hands-on experience with steel-grade products, forging, machining, and heat treatment processes will be a strong advantage.

* Engineering degree (Mechanical/Industrial) with MBA preferred.
