The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the company's strategic vision, operational excellence, and sustainable growth within the mobility and fleet management sector. This role requires a visionary leader who combines deep operational expertise with strong financial and business acumen. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, the CEO will oversee a senior leadership team and drive company-wide performance, innovation, and profitability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for the mobility and fleet management business.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily operations, including fleet utilization, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Drive process standardization, efficiency, and uptime across all business units.
P&L Management
  • Own the company's financial performance, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
  • Optimize cost structures and resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Business Expansion
  • Identify and secure partnerships with ride-hailing, logistics, and corporate clients.
  • Lead initiatives to expand market presence and diversify revenue streams.
Fleet & Asset Management
  • Direct strategies for vehicle acquisition, financing, leasing, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement asset optimization frameworks for improved productivity and utilization.
Technology Enablement
  • Drive digital transformation and adopt data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Oversee implementation of telematics, predictive maintenance, and driver performance analytics.
Regulatory & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to transportation, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain governance frameworks aligned with statutory and ethical best practices.
Team Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team across functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with investors, board members, and strategic partners to align business objectives.
  • Represent the organization externally, strengthening its reputation and partnerships.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in Mobility, Fleet Management, or Transportation Operations.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operational networks and managing large vehicle fleets.
  • Strong understanding of leasing models, asset management, and operational financing.
  • Hands-on experience in P&L ownership, business transformation, and strategic execution.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in automotive leasing, ride-hailing, or logistics operations.
  • Exposure to technology-driven mobility platforms or telematics systems.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
