Role Description Building Material Wale, located in Ahmedabad, is seeking a full-time Chief Executive Officer with flexibility for some remote work. The CEO will oversee the company\'s operations and provide strategic leadership to maximize growth and profitability, leading with integrity, and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as CEO or executive level experience with full P&L responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives Proven ability to drive growth through innovative and strategic thinking Demonstrated ability in developing and executing strategic business plans Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adept at financial and risk management principles A Bachelor\'s degree in business, management or a related field, an MBA or comparable advanced degree is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and changing environment Positive track record of growth and/or scaling businesses and driving top-line revenue growth Knowledge of materials and construction industry is a plus but not required
