Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Construction Chief Civil Engineer to oversee the construction of residential, commercial projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, construction management, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

:

Project Oversight: Manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, site engineers, and construction staff.

Design and Construction: Ensure compliance with architectural and engineering designs, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction.

Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external authorities.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost- saving opportunities.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot construction issues and develop effective solutions.
