The

Chief Engineer

is responsible for overseeing all engineering, technical, and maintenance operations of the organization or project. This includes managing the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of building systems, infrastructure, and interior works. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to ensure that all projects and facilities meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Chief Engineer

to oversee and manage all engineering, construction, and maintenance activities for our projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

villa development, high-rise residential apartments, 4-star hotel interiors, and commercial/shopping mall projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise engineering teams for civil, MEP, and interior works. Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with

building codes, safety, and quality standards

. Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation. Oversee preventive maintenance and facilities management (for completed projects). Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in construction or project engineering. Proven experience in

villa, high-rise apartment, 4-star hotel, and shopping mall projects

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office

. Strong knowledge of

BOQ preparation, estimation, and project coordination

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

(Master's degree preferred). PMP / Project Management Certification is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
