Key Responsibilities:


Engineering and Maintenance:

Assist in identifying major facilities and equipment requirements Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment Stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance and safety equipment

People Management:

Establish seamless coordination with all ACCOR departments Provide support to the team and motivate staff Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly Ensure team is trained in all safety provisions

Financial Management:

Ensure optimal, cost-effective use of resources Educate team on resource management

Operational Duties:

Direct and coordinate overall Engineering department activities Implement policies and processes whilst maintaining ACCOR standards Maintain regular inventories of technical equipment Oversee maintenance and upkeep of records and statements

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Minimum

5-6 years

of Similar experience in hotel or facility maintenance. Knowledge of

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems

. Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
