We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at a premium property in Candolim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and prior experience managing the engineering operations of a luxury hotel or resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations of the property.
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage repair works.
Supervise the engineering team and allocate tasks effectively.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth hotel operations.
Ensure compliance with all safety and statutory regulations.
Monitor energy consumption and initiate cost-saving measures.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in a 4/5-star property.
Strong knowledge of hotel maintenance systems and preventive maintenance programs.
Leadership and team management skills.
Available for immediate joining.
