He / She needs to have the people skilling and team building nature in all aspects related to the growth of the institution. Also need to be bold in communicating and delivering the thought process to the team by taking any situation as an opportunity in the implementation process. Expected to be a strong tech savvy with good communication and interpersonal skills. People applying for this role should give minimum commitment of 4-5 years. Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Documents Handling: Compliances related to School administration, like drafting any agreements, School affiliations, Record & Register keeping for (people and property) etc. \xc2\xb7 Recruitment: Recruiting and training all support admin personal and allocate responsibilities for optimum usage of people\xe2\x80\x99s resources. \xc2\xb7 Event management \xe2\x80\x93 Planning and execution of any in house or external events with detail coordination and team work. \xc2\xb7 Man power Management: Using ground level manpower resources optimally. Guide and building the awareness to team like Housekeeping, Transport etc. for proper functioning of the institution. \xc2\xb7 Review System : Develop, implement and monitor the operational process including the analysis of the key metrics as planned and review them with necessary changes. \xc2\xb7 Facilities Management: Overseeing and channelizing the maintenance and development of school facilities and proper optimum utilization of campus infrastructure. \xc2\xb7 Training and Workshops: Need to attend trainings or workshops related in support to academics team and facilitate the teaching staff about the importance of trainings as and when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Vendor Management: Identifying and analyzing the need of the products for the institution inclusive of quality and pricing. \xc2\xb7 Community Engagement: Collaborate with the staff and stakeholders to build strong educational partnerships and support student success if required. \xc2\xb7 Security Management: Assessing the risk for the school infrastructure which includes safety against theft, fire and burglary. \xc2\xb7 Budget Management: Oversee the financial resources, budgeting and allocation of funds to support educational initiatives. Academic Profile \xc2\xb7 Any graduate or postgraduate. Skill Set \xc2\xb7 Being Proactive - To take charge of any situation and having a better outcome. \xc2\xb7 Decision making and Prioritization - Should be able to make decisions independently based on the situation and prioritize accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Being adaptable and flexible for change in plan/request - Should be able to consider for any last-minute change in plan/ request. \xc2\xb7 Multitasking - Capable of handling multiple requests, distribution of workload and execution within the time frame. \xc2\xb7 Negotiating skills - Bargaining and find similar service/product that provides value for money. \xc2\xb7 Relationship management- (Internal \xe2\x80\x93Staff at all levels and External with vendor and service providers). \xc2\xb7 IT Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Need to be tech savvy on basic computer applications and understand how and where to use the specific applications as and when required.
