Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.
Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Depot resident Engineer (Civil) is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

• Construction Supervision: Lead and supervise all civil construction activities within the depot, including buildings, workshops, stabling lines, track beds, drainage, roads, and ancillary structures.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all depot civil works are executed as per approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on construction progress, identifying bottlenecks and enforcing action for timely completion according to the project schedule.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, systems, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of all depot services and interfaces.
• Technical Review: Review and approve civil drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Contractor Management: Guide, monitor, and evaluate work performed by contractors and subcontractors; ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Inspection & Testing: Organize and supervise inspections, material testing, and approval of works at various construction stages.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address site-level technical challenges, constructability issues, and conflicts promptly.
• Health & Safety Enforcement: Oversee enforcement of health and safety standards and best practices at the depot site.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare routine reports, maintain site records, and ensure documentation is up-to-date for audits and handover.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Interface with project consultants, client representatives, and local authorities for all depot-civil related matters.
• Commissioning & Handover: Supervise pre-commissioning activities, assist in final inspections, and facilitate the smooth handover of completed facilities.

Profile/Skills:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• minimum 20 years of experience in railways or railway related industry.
• minimum 5 years' experience in urban rail based passenger carrying system
