Chief Delivery Officer - Edutech Publishing Organization Location : Either Bengaluru or Noida Must Have : Should have worked in Edutech Industry. Budget - 1Cr ( Includes 10% Variable ) Qualifications: 20+ years of progressive operations management experience in the IT/ITES industry. Have worked on European project & have dealt with countries like US, Germany, Australia, Mid-east etc. Manage & Deliver projects for new global acquisition and manage existing projects. Technology and Strategy: Passion for technology and a deep understanding of competitive strategy. Successful track record of managing complex technical challenges and building enterprise-grade software. Experience implementing scalable best practices for continuous improvement and engineering excellence. Leadership and Communication: Ethical leadership with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Highly self-motivated with a strategic mindset. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and contribute to hiring decisions. Technology Management: Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. Develop, track, and control annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations. Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets. Standards and Practices: Create and enforce overall technology standards and practices, ensuring adherence. Consolidate technology platforms and develop plans for each platform. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics. Stay updated on new trends and best practices in the technology landscape. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity. Foster an environment that encourages continuous improvement and embraces new technologies. Skills and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development. Hands-on experience with complex project management. Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Negotiation and Vendor Management: Effective negotiation and vendor management skills. Education: B.Tech from premier institute & an MBA or Master\'s Degree Equivalent will be a plus.
