Role Overview
Zenara is seeking an experienced
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
to lead commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across the US healthcare ecosystem. This is a
foundational leadership role
, responsible for owning the entire commercial charter -- from GTM strategy and partnerships to growth marketing and revenue operations.
You will define and scale Zenara's commercial engine by building a high-velocity revenue pipeline across health systems, payers, employers, digital health ecosystems, and B2C channels. You will shape how Zenara tells its story, reaches its users, acquires customers, and drives retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Leadership
Own Zenara's full commercial strategy across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels.
Develop scalable GTM frameworks for provider networks, payers, and enterprise partners.
Build revenue models, pricing structures, and commercial forecasting aligned with company goals.
Lead cross-functional coordination between product, clinical, AI, operations, and marketing.
2. Revenue & Growth Ownership
Build and manage revenue pipelines for enterprise clients, partners, and patient acquisition channels.
Drive full lifecycle revenue management -- acquisition, retention, upsell, expansion.
Set KPIs and dashboards for revenue performance, funnel metrics, and financial accountability.
Manage P&L for the commercial and growth organization.
3. US Healthcare Market Expansion
Lead Zenara's entry and expansion within:
+ US mental health & behavioral health providers
+ Health plans & payers
+ Employers & population health programs
+ Digital health platforms & care navigation companies Build repeatable playbooks for enterprise sales and partnerships.
4. Marketing & Brand Leadership
Oversee all growth marketing, digital acquisition, brand strategy, and performance marketing.
Build a strong demand-generation engine across online + offline channels.
Collaborate with product teams to create product-led growth motions.
Oversee content, campaigns, storytelling, and brand positioning in the US.
5. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Develop strategic partnerships with health systems, EMR companies, mental health networks, and digital health platforms.
Negotiate commercial agreements, partner onboarding, and co-marketing initiatives.
6. Team Leadership & Organizational Build-out
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team across sales, marketing, revenue operations, and partnerships.
Establish performance culture, targets, incentives, and operational frameworks.
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on long-term strategic planning.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
8-10 years of leadership experience in US healthcare
(healthtech, behavioral health, provider networks, payers, or digital health).
Experience across commercial, revenue, GTM, marketing, or growth roles.
Proven track record of:
+ Scaling commercial revenue in US healthcare
+ Leading growth, marketing, and revenue teams
+ Closing and managing enterprise healthcare deals
+ Running digital growth and online acquisition strategies Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, economics, regulatory context, and enterprise buyer behavior.
Experience collaborating with product, AI, engineering, and clinical teams.
Demonstrated ability to operate in early-stage, high-ownership environments.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA from Tier-1 institute (IIM A/B/C, ISB, etc.)
Previous leadership roles in mental health or behavioral health.
Experience in AI-driven healthcare products.
Prior P&L leadership or co-founder experience.
Early-stage/startup scaling experience.
