Were Hiring:Location: On-site, BangaloreTiming: Full-time | 5.5 days/weekFreshers Welcome | 3 Rounds of InterviewsBecause behind every birthday is a story waiting to be told beautifully.Were looking for a warm, creative, detail-obsessed Events Curator who can imagine magical birthday moments and bring them to life from start to finish. Youll be the heart of the celebrationworking with families, managing vendors, designing themes, and making sure every candle, ribbon and backdrop lands exactly right.What Youll DoCreative & Theme Design

• Discuss ideas with families and understand their dream celebration
• Design personalized birthday themes for all agesfrom cute to classy
• Create moodboards, color palettes, and decor layouts
• Curate props, signage, backdrops, return gifts & personalized elements
• Suggest entertainment (magicians, mascots, music, etc.) and even outfits if needed

Planning & Execution

• Plan event timelines and work-back schedules
• Conduct venue visits and layout planning
• Maintain checklists, decor plans, vendor trackers, and master timelines
• Coordinate the entire setup from gate to cake table
• Ensure the entire event runs on time and without stress

Vendor Coordination & Management

• Coordinate with decorators, balloon artists, cake vendors, photographers, caterers, and more
• Source props and materials, manage inventory and rentals
• Negotiate rates, confirm deliverables, schedule arrivals and pickups
• Track payments and balances, manage float money on event days

Client Communication & Experience

• Build a warm relationship with families; become their go-to person
• Walk them through the planning process and what to expect
• Be available for every tiny concern or last-minute idea
• Ensure the family feels relaxed, heard, and fully present on their special day

On-Ground Execution

• Be the first to arrive and the last to leave
• Oversee the entire setupsupervising every corner
• Handle last-minute challenges with calm and grace
• Ensure the cake-cutting, guest flow, and celebration moments go smoothly
• Keep the energy joyful, and the vibe stress-free

Post-Event Duties

• Coordinate with photographers & videographers for content delivery
• Collect feedback and share memories with families
• Thank vendors and maintain good working relationships
• Archive photos and event learnings for internal use and future references
