We're looking for a seasoned Chief Business Officer to lead our business growth, strategy, and operations in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, operations, and leadership, with experience in scaling businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Operations & Logistics:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize logistics, supply chain, and delivery processes.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, marketing, and sales.
- Manage pricing strategies and revenue models.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and collaboration.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Ensure financial health and sustainability.
Requirements:
- MBA from a top-tier institution or relevant experience.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, operations, or related fields.
- Experience in E-commerce or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial management.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a C-level role or similar.
- Familiarity with Indian market trends and e-commerce dynamics.
- Strong network in the industry.
