Chief Business Officer

to lead growth, revenue, and strategic expansion.

Role Overview



The

Chief Business Officer (CBO)

will be responsible for

driving revenue growth, optimizing business operations, scaling locations, closing enterprise deals, and leading the sales & business development teams

.
This is a

high-ownership, high-reward role

with direct impact on company valuation and expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Revenue



Own

P&L, revenue targets, and profitability

across all locations Drive

seat sales, managed office deals, enterprise leasing & virtual office sales

Design and execute

monthly, quarterly & annual revenue strategies

Improve occupancy rate, ARPU, and customer lifetime value (CLTV)

Sales & Partnerships



Build and lead the

sales & business development team

Close

large corporate, startup & channel partner deals

Develop

property owner partnerships & revenue-share models

Establish channel sales with brokers, consultants & corporate alliances

Strategy & Expansion



Identify

new location opportunities (lease & revenue share)

Evaluate financial feasibility, pricing strategy & ROI Work closely with founders on

long-term expansion roadmap

Support fundraising / investor conversations with solid business metrics

Operations & Optimization



Coordinate with operations for

smooth onboarding & retention

Optimize

pricing, cost structures & margins

Implement KPIs, dashboards, CRM & reporting systems Ensure strong coordination between sales, operations & finance

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Monthly & quarterly revenue growth Occupancy & seat utilization rate Deal closure ratio & average ticket size Cost optimization & margin improvement Expansion success & breakeven timelines

Required Skills & Experience



6-12 years of experience in

Business Head / Sales Head / Revenue Leadership roles

Experience in

Co-working, Real Estate, Managed Offices, B2B Sales or Hospitality

preferred Strong negotiation & deal-closing capability Data-driven mindset with financial understanding Leadership experience managing sales & ops teams Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude
