Represent the company at industry events, expos, and customer meetings.
Oversee sales forecasting, funnel management, pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
Implement scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market plans.
Work with Product teams to communicate customer feedback, market needs and competitive insights.
Build a data-driven sales culture with strong focus on follow-ups, customer success, and retention.
Ensure Collections are done within the TAT
Ensure compliance with sales processes, documentation, and reporting norms.
