- Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, go-getter Chief Business Officer to strategically lead PAN India B2B Interior Fit out business.
- You will own the strategic initiatives, geographical expansions which include decision making in assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, lead the project management team in timely delivery, involve in costing and cost management.
Here\'s what more expected out of this proposed role:
- Manage large P&L (manage & execute budgets spends) (INR 100cr+)
- Courage to make tough decisions through a very data driven approach
- Should have a deep understanding of interior design and interior fit outs
- Should have managed a large team (100+)
- Building 0 to 1 business (speed, hacking mindset, self-driven, hustler)
- Action Biased and Meritocratic
- Develop a 500 cr business in the next 3 years through - Brand building
- Hunting mindset - strong ownership of sales cycle including closure of big or small deals
- Create a culture of high performance and high energy
- Should know the difference between priorities and be able to delegate work while also overseeing the end result
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Postgraduate in Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferably in Commercial Real Estate / Interiors.
Experience with team and people management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading sales and strategic. initiative
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Experience building strong SOPs and processes
