You will be a part of the Network Function as a Service (NFaaS) team that has a mandate to provide a global IoT platform that can be leveraged by CSPs and Enterprises to take care of all their global connectivity needs. Nokia\xe2\x80\x99s WING platform is \xe2\x80\x9cas a Service\xe2\x80\x9d offering for seamless IoT connectivity across technologies and geographical borders.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Architect to lead our technology evolution for Network Function as a Service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background, exceptional leadership & problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of various technologies, especially in the realm of IoT Connectivity and related domains.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the architecture team. Drive the development of customer network and service architectures, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and 15 years of hands-on experience in Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, Material UI, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other relevant technologies. Champion performance optimization techniques, database concepts, and real-time rating methodologies.

• Database Optimization: Implement advanced techniques for optimizing database performance, specifically focusing on Redis and PostgreSQL. Explore concepts such as indexing, query optimization, caching strategies, and data partitioning to enhance overall system efficiency
• Redis Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in Redis, including its data structures, persistence mechanisms, and clustering configurations. Utilize Redis to its fullest potential, employing strategies like shading and replication for fault tolerance and scalability.
• PostgreSQL Proficiency: Leverage in-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including its advanced features like partitioning, indexing methods, and query optimization. Implement best practices for database schema design, ensuring seamless data storage and retrieval.
• Real-time Data Processing: Develop innovative solutions for real-time data processing using Redis and PostgreSQL. Implement efficient data pipelines, enabling rapid ingestion, processing, and analysis of streaming data.
• Multi-Technology Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in various technologies including Kubernetes, and cloud agnostic solutions. Champion the implementation of cloud-native architectures, ensuring seamless integration with hosted environments and 3rd party solutions.
• CI/CD Designs & Implementation: Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery and deployment of architectural solutions. Foster a culture of automation and rapid iteration within the architectural team.
• Cross-Domain Expertise: Possess a broad understanding of IT/Telco network architecture, spanning various network and operational domains. Expertise in the Transport domain is an added advantage, enhancing the holistic architectural perspective.
• IoT Connectivity Management: Have understanding of IoT Connectivity Management features, OSS/BSS interfaces & protocols, and experience in designing new features within the BSS domain. Proficiency in integrating IoT solutions with Communication Service Providers and core components.
• Innovation and Market Awareness: Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation within the architecture team, ensuring that our solutions are always at the forefront of technological advancements
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key interface between customer, sales and delivery teams. Identify and manage risks, resolve technical challenges, and assure customer satisfaction by aligning technical solutions with business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in End-to-End Solution design on a global scale for a multi country multi-site network

\xc2\xb7 Experience of creating solutions in the IOT space with experience in Core networks (HLR/HSS, PGW, PCRF, AAA,), LPWA, NBIoT & BSS (Rating, Billing, Mediation and Reporting)

\xc2\xb7 Experience of solutioning to leverage hosted and cloud environments and 3rd party solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Experience of various IOT verticals and use cases and the impacts the drive into solution design.

\xc2\xb7 Understands of operator business drivers and technology

\xc2\xb7 IT/Telco network architecture wide expertise and understanding from different network and operational domains.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in the Transport domain is an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, Material UI, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related technologies.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in IoT Connectivity Management, BSS domain, and integration with core components.

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of database concepts, performance optimization, and real-time rating methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional technical leadership & problem solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
