Job Description

1.

Financial Reporting:

l Prepare and analyse financial statements and submit before the 10th of every month.

l Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to the Board of Directors.

l Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

2.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

l Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets.

l Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

l Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.

3.

Payroll:

l Ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.

l Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accurate employee information and compliance with company policies.

l ESI and EPF compliance - registration, monthly contributions and record-keeping.

4.

Tax Compliance:

l Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

l Prepare and file tax returns.

5.

Financial Analysis:

l Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

l Provide insights into trends, costs, and revenue drivers.

6.

Team Leadership:

l Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

l Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

7.

Audit:

l Audit financial transactions and documents

l Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.

8.

Cash Management & Payments:

l Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.

l Take approval from the CEO before making payments and salary advances.

9.

Financial Data Management:

l Manage financial data and reinforce data confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
