Purpose - Why does this role exist?

To supervise all financial tasks of company and ensure the use capital and resources beneficially. Creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. Designing financial strategies and managing accounting teams. To maintain company's financial health and increase profitability in the end.

Role & Responsibilities

Managing the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial plans, all statutory reporting for the organization.

Providing sound financial support and insights to enable to make critical business decisions. Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice. Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements. Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Financial and Management Accounting functions. Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc. Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs. Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Keep innovative to ensure maximum benefit to organization. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.

Qualification & Work Experience

Qualification: C.A (Chartered Accountant)
Work Experience: 7 -9 Years
Others: Candidates having work experience with Steel & other relevant industry shall be preferred.
