We are seeking an experienced

Chief Accountant

to lead and manage our finance and accounting operations remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Odoo ERP (Accounting & Finance modules)

, advanced knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to supervise and guide a finance team. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax compliance, and payroll. Manage and supervise the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations. Implement and optimize

Odoo Accounting workflows

, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth system usage. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure proper treasury management. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filings. Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders. Provide strategic recommendations to management on financial performance and growth opportunities. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
