Talent Craft India is a leading online platform offering skill-building courses for children aged 5 to 15 years. We specialize in subjects like Chess, Rubik's Cube, Abacus, and Coding, taught by expert instructors in an interactive, student-focused environment.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chess Instructor to join our team. As a Chess Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive online classes to children, helping them improve their logical thinking, focus, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online one-on-one or group chess classes for children aged 5 to 15.

Create customized lesson plans suitable for different skill levels (beginner to intermediate).

Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.

Use engaging teaching methods to make learning fun and effective.

Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Be available for regular training, feedback sessions, and curriculum updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chess Instructor or competitive chess player.

Ability to explain chess concepts clearly to young learners.

Comfortable with teaching online using platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.

Good communication skills in English or Hindi.

Patience and enthusiasm for working with children.

Laptop/Computer with stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

FIDE rating or any chess-related certification (not mandatory).

Prior experience teaching kids online.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
