Talent Craft India is a growing online education platform focused on building logical thinking, concentration, and strategic skills in children aged 5 to 15 years. Our programs include Chess, Rubik's Cube, Abacus, Coding, and Public Speaking.
We are expanding our Chess program and are looking for skilled and passionate Chess Instructors who enjoy teaching children and creating meaningful learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured online chess classes for children (beginner to intermediate levels)
Teach chess fundamentals including openings, tactics, middlegame strategies, and endgames
Develop age-appropriate and engaging lesson plans
Encourage analytical thinking, discipline, and sportsmanship
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
Prepare students for internal and national-level tournaments
Maintain a positive and disciplined online classroom environment
Coordinate with the academic and operations team when required
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and concepts
Experience teaching chess to children (online or offline)
Clear communication skills in English and/or Hindi
Patient, professional, and child-friendly teaching approach
Ability to manage online batches effectively
FIDE, State, or District-level playing or coaching experience is preferred
Chess coaching certification is an added advantage
Laptop, webcam, and stable internet connection required
