Job Description

We are currently looking for coaches , with the following requirements

FIDE rated above 1400, no upper limit Fluent in English Passionate about teaching chess Passionate about working with young kids Expert in Technology (Zoom, Google Sheets, Lichess.org, Chessbase etc.) Active Internet Connection (50+Mbps) and Desktop/Laptop with a webcam is a must Committed, sincere, flexible and willing to learn.

Players in the 1400-1550 FIDE rating range will receive a starting payout of Rs.335 per hour (10% TDS applicable)

If you are FIDE rated higher, we will discuss a higher starting pay based on your FIDE rating and coaching experience.

In 2025, one of our top coaches earned Rs.75,125 in a single month.

Payouts vary based on coach availability, student load, session completion, and retention. Figures reflect paid coaching sessions only.
