passionate and skilled Chess Trainers

who love teaching children and want to be part of an impact-driven education startup.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct

online chess classes

for children (beginner to intermediate level) Teach chess fundamentals:

openings, tactics, strategies, endgames

Create

engaging and interactive lesson plans

for kids Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents Prepare students for

friendly tournaments & championships

Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment Coordinate with the academic and operations team when required
Eligibility & Requirements

Strong knowledge of

chess fundamentals and strategies

Experience in

teaching chess to children

(online/offline) Good

communication skills in English/Hindi

Patient, friendly, and child-centric teaching approach FIDE/State/District level playing experience is a

plus

Chess certification or coaching experience is an

advantage

Laptop, stable internet connection, and webcam required
