Job Description

We are seeking passionate Chess Coaches with the following qualifications:

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of chess.

Fluency in English and Tamil.

Must be a Fide rated player.

A passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Player Assessment:

Evaluate students' current chess levels, strengths, weaknesses, and playing styles.

Game Analysis:

Review and analyze student games to pinpoint mistakes and missed opportunities.

Chess puzzles and Exercises:

Assign chess puzzles, exercises, and drills to develop problem-solving skills, improve tactical and positional awareness, and enhance calculation abilities.

Tournament Preparation:

Assist students in preparing for chess tournaments by helping them formulate effective game plans and manage their time effectively during games.

Tailored Instruction:

Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students, whether they are children, adults, beginners, intermediate players, or advanced players.

Progress Tracking:

Maintain records of student progress and adjust training plans accordingly.

Training Delivery:

Provide chess training as per the assigned schedule.

Business Development:

Support the team in expanding the program.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
