Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Chess Coach to deliver high-quality training, mentor students across skill levels, and support their competitive development in a professional, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging individual and group chess sessions
Mentor students in strategy, game analysis, and tournament preparation
Plan lessons based on student levels and academy curriculum
Track progress and provide regular feedback
Maintain training schedules and records
Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with 0-3 years of competitive chess experience
State/National/International exposure is a plus
Coaching certifications (FIDE or equivalent) preferred, not mandatory
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching chess
