We are a banking company looking a energetic Cheque collection Executive visits customers' locations to collect Cheque and deposit in bank

JOB Location - saravanampatti, Rs puram, Gandhipuram - Coimbatore Alone

Part time Banking JOB ( Need Two wheeler ) + Salary + Petrol Allowances + Traveling Allowances

Only Morning shift - 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM ( Only Morning schedule - Part time alone )

Core responsibilities

Cheque collection:

Visit clients to collect payments by cheque, and occasionally by cash or digital means.

Field activities:

Travel to assigned locations within a territory to collect payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate daily records of all collections and update collection details in the system or reports.

Reconciliation:

Reconcile cash and cheque collections with daily books and bank statements to ensure accuracy.

Processing and deposit:

Ensure timely processing and deposit of collected cheques into the company's bank account.

Customer communication:

Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies, address payment issues, and negotiate payment plans if necessary.

Target achievement:

Work to achieve monthly and weekly collection targets.

Compliance and reporting:

Adhere to company policies and report on the status of collections to management.

Key skills and qualifications

Valid driver's license:

Essential for field collection activities.
