Analytics on Chennai GDIA Ops Data-Develop Analytics and visualization on the Chennai GDIA Ops data to create Chennai GDIA view for GDIA management requirements
GDIA Chennai Talent Acquisition and Assessment- Support GDIA Chennai Recruiting leaders in the evaluation process for lateral hires and entry level talent, ensuring the recruitment of highly skilled professionals aligned with GDIA's technical roadmap.
Technical Training and Skills Enhancement-Assessment and roll out technical training, including Gen AI and specialized GDIA training, to upskill the Chennai GDIA team and drive innovation.
Strategic Communications-Serve as the central point of contact for all technical and non-technical written communications originating from GDIA Chennai, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational messaging.
Knowledge Sharing and Innovation-Lead the organization of technical workshops and events like L&D fair to facilitate knowledge sharing, promote collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation within GDIA Chennai.
Vendor Management and Operational Efficiency-Manage Purchased Service engagements, ensuring optimal service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational needs.
Serve as the primary liaison for FBS on critical operational matters, including Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Ford Land management, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) management, ensuring business resilience and operational efficiency.
