CFAL (Centre for Advanced Learning) -- one of India's leading institutions for Olympiads, JEE, NEET, and research-based STEM education -- is inviting exceptional Physics and Chemistry educators to join our academic team.

We're looking for teachers who love clarity, deep thinking, and mentoring high-potential students aiming for JEE Advanced.

Responsibilities

Teach concept-driven, rigorous classes for JEE Advanced. Create strong lesson plans, problem sets, and assessments. Track student progress and offer timely support. Work with the academic team to refine curriculum and sequencing. Build a classroom culture of curiosity, discipline, and excellence.
Requirements

Master's degree in Physics or Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred). Minimum 3 years' experience with JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, or Olympiads. Strong command over fundamentals and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and student empathy. Passion for teaching bright, motivated learners.
