The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, well-versed in subject content, and capable of delivering engaging lessons that inspire students and build strong conceptual understanding.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver clear and engaging Chemistry lessonsTeach theoretical and practical concepts to students of secondary/higher secondary levelsDesign and assess assignments, tests, and lab experimentsMaintain a positive learning environment and encourage student participationMonitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parentsIntegrate technology and innovative methods in teachingCollaborate with other faculty for curriculum planning and academic eventsMaintain discipline and ensure academic excellence in the classroomRequirements:Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Chemistry (B.Ed. preferred)Prior teaching experience in a school or coaching instituteStrong communication and classroom management skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)Passion for science education and student developmentPreferred:Experience in preparing students for board exams (CBSE/ICSE/State) or competitive exams (IIT-JEE/NEET)Familiarity with digital tools and smart classroom environments
