Developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching core concepts through lectures and lab work, assessing student performance, and maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Deliver lectures and guide laboratory experiments to teach chemical concepts and practical skills. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom and lab environment. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and lab work, providing timely feedback. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members regarding academic progress. Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events. Stay current with advancements in chemistry and educational technology to improve teaching strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field with B.Ed. Proven experience teaching chemistry will be an added advantage. Thorough knowledge of chemistry concepts, principles, and lab safety practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent classroom management and organizational skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods for students with diverse learning needs.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
