Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and motivated Candidate who can teach grades 1-10 Students. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new educators to grow and contribute significantly to students' academic journeys. You will be responsible for delivering expert-level instruction, developing engaging curriculum content, and working collaboratively with fellow educators in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Live Classes:

Deliver interactive online classes in your subject area .

Curriculum & Content Development:

Design engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and interactive PowerPoint presentations to facilitate effective learning.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs):

Communicate with parents to discuss student progress, provide valuable feedback, and offer strategies for academic support.

Create a Positive Learning Environment:

Foster a motivating and supportive virtual classroom that encourages student participation and academic growth.

Mentorship & Collaboration:

Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about teaching and eager to start their teaching career.

Expertise:

A strong understanding of subjects for grade 1 to 10.

Virtual Classroom Skills:

Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual classroom environments.

Communication:

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students in an online setting.

Visakhapatnam (In-office Role)

Working Hours:

9 hours per day, 6 days a week

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Salary Range: INR 3.5 -8 LPA
