We are seeking a passionate and experienced

PGT in Chemistry

for handling Senior secondary Classes XI & XII.

Required Candidate Profile

Master's degree in the relevant Subject B.Ed. (Mandatory) Minimum experience of 5 years teaching

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons in

Chemistry

aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Classes XI and XII. Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials. Promote inquiry-based learning through experiments, practical's, and real-world scientific applications. Organize and support science-related activities such as lab work, science fairs, Olympiads, and workshops. Assess student progress through tests, assignments, lab reports, and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with focused teaching and revision strategies. Identify individual learning styles and provide targeted mentoring and interventions to support student growth. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance as per school policy. Communicate transparently with parents/guardians and participate in meetings to support student development. Participate actively in school activities, competitions, extracurricular events, and professional development sessions. Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom culture that inspires enthusiasm for learning. Collaborate with colleagues and engage in ongoing training to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay current with curriculum and pedagogy.
