Customer success have been the motive in driving the consumable business, as it is always at the forefront of the customer supporting them in every workflow of Method development as well as trouble shooting their day to day challenges and providing a total solution in a broad area of applications, its not only limited to Pharmaceuticals, Food, Chemical or Health science market, but into a very diversified field. The e-business person will drive the Waters India strategy for ecommerce and eprocurement with the Indian customers to ease business transaction and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:

• Achieve the organizational objectives and sales goals with ebusiness
• Co-ordinate with the US team in developing the Waters India ecommerce site with payment gateway

• Coordinate with other teams on the execution of workflow, brand, marketing for e-commerce activities.

• Implement the customer loyalty programs for ecommerce.

• Plan and implement the e-commerce marketing activities.

• Provide specialized knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy for Waters India.
• Work with customers in easing out the business transaction process by driving e-procurement solutions
• Co-ordinate with US team in integrating Customer ERP system to Waters ERP system
• Co-ordinate with the other departments and develop solutions to ease business transaction internally.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar field
Knowledge of SAP / SFDC / Website preferred Company Description:
