Role Summary:

We are seeking a

dedicated and passionate Chemistry Faculty

to join the academic team at

Crimson Schools

. The role involves

teaching, mentoring, and guiding students

preparing for competitive exams such as

IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests

. The ideal candidate should possess

strong command over Chemistry concepts

, excellent

communication and mentoring skills

, and a commitment to achieving

academic excellence

through result-oriented teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

engaging and conceptual classroom sessions

in

Chemistry

for NEET/JEE aspirants. Prepare and review

academic materials

including lecture plans, assignments, and test papers. Conduct

doubt-solving sessions

and provide

personalized academic guidance

to students. Monitor

student performance

and provide structured feedback for improvement. Collaborate with

academic coordinators

to refine content and teaching methods. Ensure adherence to

Crimson's academic standards and teaching pedagogy

. Participate in

faculty meetings, training programs, and parent interactions

as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline from a reputed institute (

B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D.

preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years of teaching experience

in the

test-prep industry

(freshers with exceptional academic performance may also apply).

Preferred:

Proven track record of

mentoring successful students

in

NEET/JEE

or similar competitive exams.

Skills Required:

Strong

subject expertise

and conceptual clarity in

Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry

. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to

engage and motivate students

effectively. Strong

classroom management

and mentoring skills. Proficiency in

digital tools and online teaching platforms

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
