Spark Education Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our dedicated academic team in Rewari, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants, with proven experience in coaching institute environments, not just in school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality classroom teaching in Chemistry for NEET & IIT-JEE aspirants. Develop and implement effective lesson plans, practice sheets, and test series. Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback and mentoring. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and periodic assessments. Work collaboratively with other subject faculty to ensure academic excellence. Stay updated with the latest changes in NEET/IIT-JEE syllabi and exam patterns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute. Strong command over concepts and problem-solving at the competitive exam level. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students towards academic success.
