Key Responsibilities:

Teach Chemistry to students from 8th to 12th standard in a structured and interactive manner. Break down complex topics into simpler, understandable segments tailored to students' academic levels. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice problems aligned with board syllabi (state/CBSE as applicable). Conduct regular tests and doubt-solving sessions to track student progress. Provide personalized academic support and guidance to enhance performance. Motivate students and build their confidence in tackling chemistry problems. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and feedback. Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. preferred). Prior experience teaching students in classes 8th to 12th is desirable. Clear understanding of physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry topics relevant to school syllabus. Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students actively. Good communication and presentation skills. Patience, empathy, and a supportive teaching approach. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
