Role & Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality, interactive classes in

Physical, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry

for NEET/JEE aspirants.
Develop and implement lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns.
Simplify complex chemistry concepts and provide problem-solving strategies to boost student performance.
Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, assignments, and periodic tests to monitor progress.
Mentor students individually, guiding them on exam strategy, time management, and conceptual clarity.
Collaborate with the academic team for continuous curriculum enhancement.
Track student performance and provide detailed feedback for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master's Degree in

Chemistry

(Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum 5 years proven teaching experience

in

NEET/JEE Chemistry coaching

(mandatory).
Strong expertise in

Organic, Inorganic & Physical Chemistry

.
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil.
Ability to deliver concept-based, exam-oriented teaching.
Strong passion for mentoring students and driving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
