Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated

Chemistry Faculty

with 4-5 years of teaching experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience teaching students preparing for

JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET

. The role requires strong subject expertise, effective classroom delivery, and a passion for mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry

to students of classes XI, XII, and repeaters preparing for JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET. Deliver offline classroom lectures with conceptual clarity, practical problem-solving, and exam-oriented approach. Prepare and conduct

daily practice problems (DPPs), assignments, tests, and study material

to enhance students' performance. Mentor, motivate, and guide students to achieve top ranks in competitive exams. Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents. Stay updated with the latest

exam patterns, syllabus changes, and competition trends

.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. or equivalent) from a reputed university.

4-5 years of proven teaching experience

in reputed coaching institutes for JEE/NEET. Strong expertise in problem-solving and subject clarity. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and inspire students in offline classroom setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a

School Integrated Program (SIP)

or top coaching institutes will be an added advantage. Track record of producing successful JEE/NEET results.
