Job Responsibilities:

Taking doubt classes for students and ensuring result oriented performance of each student Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Test Papers Daily Practice Worksheets, etc. Conducting extra classes when required to help weak students or to give more grilling to good students Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents, and the management Maintain a cohesive, non-political, and transparent atmosphere in the staff room/organization Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject Reporting the progress of course to the Academic head every week

Desired Qualifications:

M.Sc. Chemistry with a good academic score Preference will be given to candidates with any National/State Level Entrance qualification Must have 1-2 year of Teaching experience in the field of NEET coaching or in similar field Dynamic and Engaging Personality with Exhaustive Knowledge in the respective subject Good Communication and connection building with the students
