experience faculty is preferred teacher must have in-depth knowledge of the subject faculty should have good communication and the ability to make students understand the concept teacher who can take classes from foundation to IIT- JEE / NEET level faculty must have a positive attitude teacher must be ready to work for 2-3 years on a contract basis faculty should have the ability to become from team player to team leader Faculty/teacher must have M.sc/ B.Tech or higher degree
